USE OF YOUR INFORMATION

We may use the information collected about you in the following ways :

• Eagles Golf Association collects your first and last names to identify you as a member and this data is used in cases like when you register to play a game, the app can be able to identify you using this data.
• To manage Your Account: to manage Your registration as a user of the Service. The Personal Data You provide can give You access to different functionalities of the Service that are available to You as a registered user.
• Eagle Golf Association collect your contact number and email address to contact You: When you forget your password your email address will be used to help you to reset your password and it may also be used to get in touch with regards to account deletion request.
  Apart form using your email address we use your contact number to contact you when you request for account deletion.
• For other purposes: We may use Your information for other purposes, such as data analysis, identifying usage trends, and to evaluate and improve our Service, and your experience.
  This data include your home club,date you joined the club and optionally your birth date.

DATA RETENTION AND DELETION

Data Retention

We will keep your data as long as you remain a member of the club and as long as you do not request that we delete it. Your account may be suspended or deactivated but your data will not be deleted under such circumstances.
When you request for account deletion, we delete all data that is tied to your account.

Data Deletion

You may request for account deletion via the App's Settings page where you either contact us using contact details provide under Settings > Contact Us option. Alternatively use the Settings > Delete Account. Our support team will be notified and contact you.
